In a quiet, snowy town that sleeps under the constant glow of Christmas lights, Vanita prepares to endure another Christmas season alone. Ten years ago, her father vanished, leaving her and her mother behind, only to have her mother mysteriously die soon after. Now, Vanita runs the family’s bookstore alone, filling her days with customers and holiday cheer and the town’s bustling Christmas markets and cozy gatherings.
